Project Description:

The MNR Aviation and Forest Fighter Emergency Services Building A&B Expansion Project was a multi phased multiyear project that included two expansions to the existing facilities while also completing the construction of a new link two tie two pre-existing buildings together.

Each phase had to ensure the owner and occupant remained completely operational throughout the construction. This led to vary detailed and complex scheduling requirements to allow enough time for the owner/occupant to coordinate moving from each space so we could complete the demolition and reconstruction and addition to each space.

The project also included an extensive siteworks package to upgrade the existing asphalt aprons, services and taxiway on the airside of the property.

Each phase of the project was completed on schedule with minimal disruptions to the owner to allow for an easy transition into their new spaces and continue their day to day activities.
